Your rental car should be returned in the same condition as when delivered to you. Vehicles that are damaged, excessively dirty, or otherwise impaired will be inspected and assessed for a service fee.
You are responsible for the payment of any parking and moving citations against you or the car during the rental period. This includes camera triggered fines, fees, and penalties. Once we receive notification from the authorities that a citation has been issued, you will be charged for any resulting fines, fees, and penalties plus a $40 administrative charge for each such incident.
